RETURN POLICY
At Janitech, your satisfaction is our main goal. We can accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date on all purchases. All purchases that are returned must include all of the original packaging, accessories, manuals, etc., and show no signs of abuse or damage, or the return will be rejected.

You cannot return any product without first obtaining a Return Authorization from our office. To obtain a RA number, please call our customer support staff at (401) 724-4300 or e-mail us. Any return made without an RA number will be rejected and sent back to you at your own expense.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We are pleased to offer a Technical Support Department staged by highly experienced representatives who participate in an ongoing training program to keep abreast of the latest industry developments. We welcome your questions, problems, and comments. If we are unable to answer a question or solve a problem, we will be happy to call on industry leaders to provide the correct information.

POLICY CHANGES
Many changes occur outside of our control which may affect pricing, items which qualify for our free freight program, items considered hazardous, freight charges, etc. We reserve the right to make any such changes when necessary without notice.

PRICING POLICY
We recognize how important it is for you to have the current prices on the products that you purchase from us. Janitech carries several hundred items and price changes occur all the time on a wide variety of items. For this reason we are unable to print a new price guide whenever we experience price changes. However, we are happy to confirm current pricing on the telephone during your order or at any other time.

FREIGHT POLICY
Orders of $200.00 or more shipped within our area are freight free.
Orders of $199.99 or less are subject to a $7.95 delivery charge.
Deliveries out of our area are shipped either common carrier or UPS and will be charged actual freight. Factory direct items will be shipped with UPS or freight charges.

OPEN ACCOUNT
We are happy to offer an open account to our qualified customers. Terms of payment are Net 30 days from date of invoice. Monthly statements are not sent out, therefore, please pay from the invoice. In order to maintain your credit status, accounts must be paid within terms. No orders will be shipped on past due accounts until the outstanding balance has been paid.

MASTERCARD and VISA
For your convenience, we now accept MasterCard and Visa. Many customers appreciate the flexibility of applying purchases to their credit card as well as eliminating C.O.D. charges.
